Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day period from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order.

For orders outside the European Union, we do not accept returns for change of mind. For EU customers, please refer to the 14-day cooling-off period section below.

However, in accordance with consumer protection standards and payment provider requirements, we do offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

·        The item is defective

·        The item is damaged upon arrival

·        The item received is incorrect

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days at support@apexsh0p.com.

To process your request, we may require:

·        Clear photo or video evidence of the issue

·        Order number or proof of purchase

If your claim is approved, we will:

·        Offer a full refund, or

·        Send a replacement at no additional cost

Return Conditions (if required)

In some cases, we may request that the item be returned. If so:

·        The item must be unused and in original packaging

·        Return instructions will be provided after approval

·        Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

·        Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

·        Custom or personalized products

·        Personal care items (beauty products, etc.)

·        Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

·        Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may receive a replacement or refund, and place a new order if needed.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

·        The item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase

Refund Processing

Once your request is approved:

·        Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

·        Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
